Your email accounts can only store a maximum of 10MB each (larger email accounts can be set up on demand), it is therefore advisable to use Outlook Express (or any other email client) to manage your emails. Here are the setup details:

To set up Outlook Express, please follow the ff. steps:
 
1. Go to File > Identities > Add New Identity
 
2. Type your name > click OK
 
3. Do you want to switch to .... now? > Click Yes
 
4. Enter your name > Click next
 
5. Enter your email > Click next
 
6. Enter mail.yourdomain.com  for Incoming mail and mailout.yourdomain.com (If using GT Broadband: smtp.4u.com.gh) for outgoing mail  > Click next
 
7. Enter This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   for Account name and your password in the appropriate field > Click next
 
8. Congratulations > Click Finish
 
9. Your account is now accessible via Outlook Express
